Al Roker has been a fixture on “The Today Show” for 28 years. The millions who watch him daily know that he’s a home chef who regularly posts his latest meals on social media and that his daughter Courtney Roker Laga is a chef by training.

The new cookbook they’ve written together, Al Roker’s Recipes to Live By, captures a snapshot of a home where a good conversation or a needed dose of laughter always starts with something great to eat. The book features 100 original and kitchen-tested dishes including Shrimp and Grits with Bell Peppers and Bacon; Coffee- and Spice-Rubbed Pork Chops; Silky Cauliflower Puree; and Christmas Morning Cinnamon Rolls.

Join dad and daughter as they discuss the food they enjoy as a family and what it was like to write a cookbook together.

Copies of Al Roker’s Recipes to Live By: Easy, Memory-Making Family Dishes for Every Occasion (Legacy Lit) are available for purchase and signing courtesy of Bold Fork Books.
