Join Alice Bergen Phillips, Cheesemonster Studio’s founder and head cheesemonger, for a lively investigation that serves up all of the answers—and a tasting, too. Sample five distinctive cheeses, each showcasing a different style, and in the process explore the science, geography, history, and lore associated with the wide world of cheese.
