Materials for this program

By Matt Felperin

Gear up and head out for a wildlife photography session at Virginia’s Huntley Meadows Park. Find plenty of photo-worthy subjects; potentially including newly hatched Hooded Merganser ducklings, displaying Red-winged Blackbirds, courting snapping turtles, and hopping American bullfrogs. As you choose your subjects, the instructor coaches you on how to capture beautiful images. This session starts before sunrise in order to provide the best light conditions and opportunity to photograph wildlife behavior.

Matt Felperin is a wildlife photographer and naturalist.

Additional Registration Opportunity: If you are interested in this program, join Matt Felperin for an online studio arts course, Wildlife Photography: A Crash Course for Success on April 10 and 24.
