The immersive program includes a curated personal tasting kit to enhance the experience. No wine is an island, but many world-class wines are from islands. Discover the various island winemaking regions and how a proximity to oceans and seas leads to consistent flavor elements in the finished products. Segelbaum explores the similarities and differences between cold-water and warm-water island appellations and shares tips on how to identify and taste the specific flavor markers of island-produced wines that allow sommeliers to easily identify them in blind tastings. Wine Tasting Kit Information The cost includes a curated personal tasting kit with enough wine for one person to sample the full lineup of wines.
