NOV 12 Exploring Oregon’s Wines

While best known for their Pinot Noir, Oregon’s winemakers have so much more to offer. In fact, early Pinot pioneers were told the grape could never succeed there. Between its location in the heart of the Pacific Northwest and millennia of volcanic eruptions and cataclysmic floods, Oregon has everything necessary to produce world-class, terroir-based wines. Join Segelbaum, in conversation with Eugenia Keegan, Vice President of Oregon Winery Operations, Jackson Family Wines Willamette Valley, for a delicious exploration of Oregon's signature grapes.

DEC 11 The Lafite Spirit Around the World

Much has changed since Château Lafite Rothschild was named one of the best wines in the world in 1855. Since then, the "Lafite Spirit" has been applied to wineries all over the world, from within Bordeaux to as far afield as Chile, Argentina, and China.

An exciting global tasting with Segelbaum explores some of the wines made under the oversight and collaboration of Lafite's head winemaker. With similar winemaking approaches, expressions of different terroirs strongly present themselves in the glass.
