Inspired by bold sentiments and big wishes, create cards for most events on your calendar. Attention is given to card construction, sentiments, a bit of ink blending, and water coloring with dye-based ink. Beginners and experienced card makers are welcome.
Most card-making supplies are provided (a supply fee of $35 is included in the workshop price), including a generous assortment of premium cardstock paper, stamps, stamp block, inkpads, gems, envelopes, and other embellishments to craft at least 12 cards. Please see supply list for some additional materials that are needed.
Supplies will be mailed to the address on file one week prior to the beginning of class. If you need your supplies mailed to a different address, please email Associates-StudioArts@si.edu. Please order at least one week prior to the class date to allow ample time for delivery.
