Campers discover the wide, wild, fabulous world of plants. From a 16-million-year-old tree to the amazingly resilient “resurrection plant” to the boundless greenhouse of plant life on planet Earth, they dig into the science of plants. Visits to the Natural History Museum and the U.S. Botanical Garden help campers discover the benefits of individual plants, learn to identify them, and gain a better understanding of their life cycle. They plant and grow their own flora and create nature-inspired artwork for a fabulously green exhibit.
