3. Turn left and walk three blocks to Independence Avenue.
4. Turn left on to Independence Avenue.
5. VOA's main entrance is in the middle of the block between 3rd and 4th Streets.

2. Exit at 7th Street & Maryland Avenue.
3. Walk east to VOA's main entrance on Independence Avenue, between 3rd and 4th Streets.
