Inspired by Roald Dahl’s fantastical tale and creative artworks and immersive exhibits across the Smithsonian, campers put on their Wonkavision glasses and immerse themselves in a world of pure imagination. They visit various art museums to find their inspiration for designing candy creations the world has never seen. Campers explore songs, art, and the science of candy-making, all under the watchful eyes of our very own Oompa Loompas. Like Wonka’s Great Glass Elevator, the sky is the limit as they construct their creative, colorful realm of sweets, which might include fairy floss sculptures, a chocolate river, and the next Everlasting Gobstopper.
