An artwork can capture a moment in time—but what happened just before that moment, and what will happen afterwards? Campers spend the week stretching their imaginations, gaining confidence gaining confidence through improv games, and creatively interpreting artworks on display in the National Gallery of Art and American Art Museum. Selecting one artwork as the basis of their final project, campers develop and perform a skit adding onto the story depicted in the piece, bring the art alive in inventive new ways.
