Campers make their own interactive works of art using coding skills. They explore the creative artists who use code to express themselves, view interactive installations at Artechouse, and the Renwick’s Reforestation of the Imagination exhibition for inspiration. They craft original artworks that respond to movement and sound, and their own Instagram-style webcam filters. Campers gain experience in writing their own computer programs and manipulating images using code to “listen” to sounds and “see” video.
