During a week of exploring some of the pre-historic wonders of the Smithsonian, campers will dig for dinos and learn about plants of the past. In trips to the Natural History Museum and the National Zoo, campers immerse themselves in examples of creatures that crawled the planet back then, and their descendants that survive today. As campers collect facts for their field guides, they learn about eras of geologic time and about how earth has changed over millions of years. What kind of discoveries will they unearth?
