Pizza is the true staple of Italian cuisine. Immerse yourself in the history and heritage of the beloved food as you learn to make a modern artisan version of a classic Neapolitan-style pizza.

In a unique hands-on workshop at Pizza University, Italian-born chef Felice Colucci guides you through the steps and secrets of preparing the perfect pizza dough from scratch. Learn to shape, stretch, and slap it using traditional techniques used by artisan pizzaioli from Naples. Then add toppings and bake your margherita pizza in a 900-degree wood-fired brick oven.

Enjoy your hand-made creation with a drink on the house, and take home tips to replicate that splendid pie at home.
