Materials for this program Supply List Resize text Demystify the concept of quality of light and examine how it can make or break your photos. Understand the essential basics of shooting in a natural-light setting as you learn to gauge the direction of light; recognize degree of diffusion; minimize (or emphasize) lens flare; control conditions with lens hoods; and identify the “golden hour.” Students must have a camera with manual controls, their user’s guide, and any lens hoods on hand.
