Join an orchid care expert for a fun, informative, and interactive workshop about America’s favorite household plant—the orchid. It provides an overview of Orchidaceae, starting with how orchids evolved, how they grow in their native environments, and how you can raise them successfully.
Fun facts and orchid-care tips are provided to spark the interest of experienced orchid collectors as well as beginners. In a hands-on activity, learn how to re-pot an orchid at home. Participants may also share orchids from their own collections during a question-and-answer session with the instructor.
