The Science Guys of Baltimore explore what brings us together and what keeps us apart—what scientists call the laws of attraction and repulsion—through the force of electromagnetism!  Launch rings into the air with an electromagnetic pulse generator, test your strength in an electromagnet tug of war, and watch sparks fly with a Van de Graaff generator!  This promises to be a truly shocking science show!

The educational content in this show is recommended for Ages 6-11 (Grades 1-5).

Discovery Theater Tickets
We are not mailing out physical tickets; please hang on to your email confirmation so you can reference your show information.  Individual ticket buyers may also re-send their email confirmation to themselves by logging into their account on SmithsonianAssociates.org.  Upon arrival to the theater, all ticketholders will be asked to check-in at the Box Office and wait to be seated by a House Manager.
