By Sharon Robinson

Love mixed media? Expand your repertoire by creating an array of one-off prints using acrylic paints and inks on gel plates and exploring other monoprinting techniques that do not require plates. The resulting prints can be stand-alone artworks; pieces modified with paint, pastels, markers and pencils; or material for collage. Class topics and techniques include how to make and use gel plates, designing prints with a theme or motif, and how to modify and use prints in mixed-media work.
