It’s no exaggeration that New Orleans-born chef David Guas is on a hot streak. Known locally for Bayou Bakery, Coffee Bar & Eatery in Arlington and nationally from frequent appearances on NBC’s The Today Show, he’s the host and co-judge for Travel Channel’s popular competition series American Grilled.

This spring, Guas released his second cookbook Grill Nation: 200 Surefire Recipes, Tips, and Techniques to Grill Like a Pro (Oxmore House), and opened his second Bayou Bakery in the historic carriage house on the grounds of the Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital on Capitol Hill.

Join the grill master for great food, war stories, and a book signing in the courtyard at the Hill Center.

The menu is TBD.
