...a night of adventure awaits you as you enter the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery.
Go on an interactive exploration of the museum and participate in hands-on crafts projects. Then roll out your sleeping bag and dream away in the darkened halls of one of the world’s most famous museums!
Activities include:
- Participants enjoy games, puzzles, and challenges as they embark on an interactive journey through the museum’s exhibit halls, where they also find inspiration for their own art and craft projects.
- Exhibit-based craft projects.
Terms and conditions: By registering for this program, you are agreeing to the program rules; to have at least one adult present for every three children; and to submit a signed release form for each person in your group. Please note that only children ages 10 to 14 are allowed to attend.
