In a thrilling interactive show, young scientists embark on a STEM adventure where they take on a mission filled with electrifying obstacles. Together we attempt to defy gravity, test the limits of our velocity, and uncover the science-based principles that help us navigate our way through the world. 

About the Scientists:
The Science Guys of Baltimore offer exciting science presentations and workshops in the greater Baltimore/Maryland area. Each one of their presentations is designed to be incredibly FUN while teaching kids the fundamentals of the scientific method.  Mr. Travis AKA “Travity” is a teacher and lifelong learner who is super excited to get to bring the joys of science to kids.  All of their shows are hands-on and volunteer-based, so kids get a chance to be involved in their own education!  The Science Guys' goal is to make science fun, cool, and easy for all types of learners!

The educational content in this show is recommended for Ages 6-11 (Grade 1-6).

Discovery Theater Tickets
We no longer mail out physical tickets; please hang on to your email confirmation so you can reference your show information.  Individual ticket buyers may also re-send their email confirmation to themselves by logging into their account on SmithsonianAssociates.org.  Upon arrival to the theater, all ticketholders will be asked to check-in at the Box Office and wait to be seated by a House Manager.
