Materials for this program

By Ann Richards

Do you have the basics down and feel ready to explore the wider world of knitting? This class is for those who can knit, purl, cast on, bind off, and have tried increasing and decreasing. Review knitting vocabulary and fundamentals, then spend sessions on cables, lace, circular knitting, reading charts, double stitching, and avoiding and fixing mistakes. Enjoy a relaxed, supportive atmosphere to learn new techniques and refine existing skills. Students work with circular needles, double pointed needles, and worsted weight yarn.
