Learn to love the linocut, a relief printmaking process. In this four-week course, start by learning how to select and prepare your plate. Practice methods of transferring designs to your linoleum block. Then work on carving and cutting methods and figure out which sharp tools are your favorites. After carving, complete the process and create an edition of prints with eco-friendly inks by hand on various types of paper.
