Materials for this program

By Marcie Wolf-Hubbard

Learn to upcycle book pages as surfaces for drawing, painting, and collage. Students experiment with materials and techniques to create their own story using gelatin plate prints, textures, photo transfers, drawing, painting, and text redaction.

In this virtual class, students work from photos, still life set-ups in their home studios, or images provided by the instructor that have an emphasis on objects of nature. Integrate the drawings and paintings into mixed media artwork.
