As of 3/27/20 (evening), the following message was posted to our website:
UPDATE: Smithsonian Associates has put on hold all public programs in support of the effort to contain the spread of COVID-19. We are not announcing the date at this time when our programs will resume and will provide updates on a regular basis.
We will notify registered attendees and ticket holders of rescheduling opportunities, on-line credits, or refund process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
As of 3/20/20:
Starting Monday, March 23, Smithsonian Associates box office phone operations will not be available. For questions or concerns, email CustomerService@SmithsonianAssociates.org until further notice.
