International Chocolate Day! "Premium Chocolate" Chocolate Bar Mold
Chocolatiers in Europe began using molds to create candy bars around 1850. This mold was for a simple, rectangular bar, but molds could also be shaped like animals or objects to create beautifully detailed chocolate scenes.
