The Smithsonian Chamber Music Society celebrates its 35th season with an appropriately eclectic repast, balancing familiar masterworks with undeservedly neglected oeuvres perdues.

The distinguished American baritone William Sharp traverses two of Schumann’s great lyrical song cycles.
